DESCRIPTION

In-Service Education Executives from Hospitals Trends targets hospital administrators who oversee the training process and programs designed to increase the skills and competence of employees and outside healthcare professionals. 

These executives provide in-service classes for all levels of staff, interns, students and community professionals.  They provide initial employee orientation training, professional development classes, and mandated training / continuing education programs.  Hospitals typically have a staff library which provides research assistance to doctors, nurses, and medical practitioners.  

These administrators are employed by hospitals that are local, state, federal, church, military or corporately owned. The manager’s daily activities vary greatly based on bed size, number of patients they care for and whether the institution is a long term acute care, physical rehabilitation, psychiatric, children’s, or general medical/surgical hospital. Executives rely on new technology enhancements, continuing education programs, learning new managerial skills and techniques, attending trade shows, and reading medical and business journals to stay current in their field.

This target is made up of professional, intelligent, well-educated, driven, ambitious, and accomplished individuals.  Most belong to community and professional organizations. They are leaders, volunteers, and role-models in the community.  They do a considerable amount of business travel to training conventions, conferences, and meetings.
