Executive Vice President’s have a bachelor's degree and/or master’s degree in business administration, liberal arts, or a more specialized discipline, plus seven to ten years' experience with previous executive level experience. They have outstanding management and leadership skills, fiscal management experience, and the ability to solve problems.
