The Texas Concealed Handgun Association (TCHA) Dedicated Email List allows marketers to reach instructors, law enforcement personnel and concerned citizens who can legally carry a concealed weapon in the state of Texas. Membership is open to anyone who is not prohibited from purchasing a handgun in the U.S. and must pass a criminal history background check through DPS.
