Jet ski riders purchase safety equipment such as life jackets, beach towels, swimming suits, swimming trunks, rash guards, sun glasses, oil and gas, tarps, cleaning products, winterizing needs, hitches, waterproof bags, water shoes, and more. Many have their boaters license or boating safety certification card in order to ride the open waters. They attend classes and take lessons to learn water safety.
