Cheif Executive Officers and Presidents cast the vision for the hospital, entrusting their department heads to carry the vision forward.  Project management and meeting deadlines are crucial to the successful management of the organization.  These c-level executives must be organized and detail oriented to manage multiple departments as well as staff and vendors.
