In larger offices, nutritionists delegate these tasks to office managers and technicians. Nutritionists may either have completed a three year BSc(nutrition) degree or a four year double degree BSc(Health Promotion)/BSc(Nutrition). Graduate nutritionists from a three year program typically undertake a further one year program of study I a specific professional area, such as dietetics, food science and technology, health promotion, or teaching.
